At Totalia Zone, we take immense pride in the quality of every product we deliver to your doorstep. We want your shopping experience to be 100% satisfying. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Core Promise

We offer REPLACEMENT — not returns or refunds — as our primary resolution method. Every case is reviewed individually with care and fairness.

When Are You Eligible for a Replacement?

You are eligible for a FREE replacement only under the following conditions:

     You received a physically damaged product (broken, cracked, or visibly defective).

     You received the wrong product — i.e., a different item than what you ordered.

     The product stopped functioning within 48 hours of delivery due to a manufacturing defect.

     The product was missing key components or accessories as described on the product page.

📌 Note: Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.

How to Raise a Replacement Request

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

     Email us at support@totaliazone.com with your Order ID, the issue, and clear photos/video of the product.

     Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

     Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable) or ask you to ship the item back.

     A replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval.

When Are Returns & Refunds NOT Applicable?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

     The product is in working condition and has no defect or damage.

     Damage was caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or accidental drops by the customer.

     The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

     The product packaging has been tampered with without reporting to us.

     Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect order placed by the customer.

     Products that are classified as non-returnable on the product page.

📌 Note: Totalia Zone reserves the right to deny a replacement request if our quality inspection team determines the damage was caused by customer misuse.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

     A replacement is requested but the same product is out of stock and no alternative is available.

     Order was paid for but never shipped or dispatched due to our end.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
