Shipping Policy

At Totalia Zone, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our delivery process, timelines, and guidelines.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if we deliver to your location, you can enter your pin code at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

     All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

     Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

📌 Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

     Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.

     Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days.

     Remote & Rural Areas: 6–10 business days.

📌 Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

     We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

     A nominal shipping fee may be applied to orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

     COD availability depends on your pin code and order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website or app.

If you face any issues with tracking, please contact us at support@totaliazone.com with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

     Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times if you are unavailable at the delivery address.

     If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.

     In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

📌 Note: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order. Totalia Zone is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

     If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do NOT accept it. Refuse the delivery and immediately inform us at support@totaliazone.com.

     If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

     COD orders are available at select pin codes and for eligible order values.

     Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

     COD orders are subject to a convenience fee, displayed at checkout.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@totaliazone.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible and our Replacement Policy will apply instead.

10. Our Courier Partners

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others to ensure fast and safe delivery across India.
